Dallas Animal Services, the SPCA & the Humane Society these numbers have remained constant year after year after year with no sign of it ever changing. The groups above always blame the irresponsible owners who don't sterilize their pets or purposefully breed them for profit. It is time for the blame game to stop and for the citizens & our elected representatives to act.
At Companion Pet Services, Inc. we believe that a new directiion is needed & that the city should make the sincere effort to work within the community to seriously educate our children & their parents. The goal is to work with the citizens not against them. To bring real solutions to this massive problem, it will take everyone working together to bring the killing to an end.
